My name is Jacinta Silva and I have had the pleasure of working with people to achieve their goals as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach for 5 years. Helping people achieve better health and, as a result, a better body, is my passion.

Exercise programming → online access to your personalised training program, complete with videos
Nutrition coaching sessions → intensive nutrition-focussed coaching sessions either face-to-face or by phone
Nutritional analysis → I will review your diet, identify areas for improvement & help you implement change
Nutrition tracking & feedback → I will provide regular feedback to help you stay on track & develop healthy, sustainable habits
Access to coaching app → keep track of your training, nutrition & progress in the JacintaPT coaching app
